The Nomag Pulse #23 - Join ITS ITALY on the Road This (and Next) Month
Discover ITS ITALY’s Regeneration Journey in the Marche, Tuscany, Puglia and Sicily
This autumn, our partners, the founders of ITS ITALY, invite you to join us on a unique journey across Italy. Between 24 September and 9 October 2025, we will be on the road visiting some of the towns where we are already active, meeting mayors and local partners, exploring new properties and potential interventions, and connecting with those who are building coworking, coliving, and community-led initiatives.
This is not a holiday. It is an immersive opportunity for those who want to:
Understand what it really means to spend time – temporarily or permanently – in these places.
See first-hand how regeneration projects take shape on the ground.
Meet local communities eager to make things happen, often with our support.
Learn how we evaluate, select, and structure investments in small-town Italy.
We are opening the doors to our process, and you are welcome to walk alongside us.

Why Join?
Because regeneration is not theory. It’s about people, places, and projects. Walking with us, you will see:
How ideas turn into interventions.
How partnerships with municipalities and communities are built.
How opportunities are evaluated for long-term impact and investment.
If you’ve ever wondered what drives us – and what it could mean for you to be part of this journey – this is your chance to experience it directly.
